Have you been so frustrated you just wanted to get up and walk out? If so, then you have suffered from cognitive overload!

This is a tutorial for instructional designers and trainers to gain a better understanding of cognitive overload, how to identify cognitive overload in your learners and how to avoid it by using various instructional strategies. Don't let your learners suffer from cognitive overload!
